What size do I order?

To determine the bracelet size you need, measure wrist with a soft flexible measuring tape and add approximately 3/4". If
you do not have a measuring tape you can use a ribbon or piece of string. Mark the length then measure with a ruler.

Very small = 5.5” (petite wrist), Small = 6” - 6 1/4”, Medium = 6.5” - 7”, Large = 7 1/2” - 8”, Extra Large = 8.5”

Can I get my bracelet wet?

We do not suggest showering and swimming in your bracelet. Due to the nature of our organic materials, they are sensitive to extreme heat, water, hand lotion, soap, body oils etc.

Different beads will react differently - some will dull over time and some will change colour with wearing. We choose to use natural silk rather than synthetic thread. Over time the threads will wear and break and the more water, lotion and stress that is placed on the silk the faster this will happen.

Can I have my bracelet re-strung?

Absolutely. You can re-string your bracelet to change the colour or size. If the bracelet needs to have beads added
please contact us to see if we have more of the same beads available.

The fee to re-string bracelet on different colour silk or adjust size is $30 each plus shipping.

What if my bracelet breaks?

Unfortunately sometimes that happens..
Due to the nature of our materials, they are sensitive to extreme heat, water, hand lotion, soap & body oils. We choose to use natural silk rather than synthetic thread. Over time the threads will wear and break. We will restring the bracelets once free of charge within the first 4 months of ownership.
There will be a $30 + shipping after this period.
There will be an additional charge if beads or gemstones are lost and must be replaced.

Can I order a custom bracelet?

Sure! You can select your own beads, inset stones and the colour of the silk. Please call 631. 613. 6351 or email for more information.
Custom orders are subject to a surcharge and are not returnable.

Do you gift wrap?
Absolutely! Every bracelet is wrapped in a beautiful box and has its own pouch with a brochure that gives the meanings of each element .

A note on natural materials

All natural materials vary and no two strands or gems are the same and we believe this as the beauty of nature and it adds richness and dimension to your bracelet. We make every bracelet completely by hand so there will be no two exactly the same.

Returns/ Exchanges/ Refunds

We want you to love your bracelet so weʼre happy to give you 3 days to decide. The bracelet can be returned for store credit within 7 days.
